Buying/Selling a home during a Pandemic...

Schools have shut down in many areas, businesses have closed their doors, and some states are banning gatherings of more than 10 people for the next 8 weeks. At least. So what's this going to do to the housing market? Honestly, no one really knows. Some are saying this could be a great time to make a move, while others are warning to sit tight and ride this thing out for a while. Will the coronavirus impact the housing market like the crash of 2008? Time will tell.

In the meantime, let's hope Walmart, Target, Sams, Costco, and every other store stock up on toilet paper. Buying and/or selling a home really falls low on the priority list when there's a shortage of toilet paper. Amiright?!?!
